StarCast is a structured, organized, online location to store and disseminate all information that must be quickly and accurately communicated to individuals inside or outside an organization.

StarCast accomplishes this through the use of personal online “portals” that allow specific users and groups to receive and view only the information that is critical to their specific job or task. The diagram at right illustrates how the process works.
