Pushed Content: Courses, tests, surveys and documents that have been assigned, with due dates for completion.

WebCasts: Live WebCasts that the employee must attend.

Training Plans: Bundles of courses, tests, surveys, documents and classroom courses that have been assigned and that must be taken as a series (with due dates for completion).

eSignature: Content that carries a mandatory user eSignature (sign-off that confirms their understanding of the information).
