Define Your Target
Audiences and Objectives
Start by thinking of the big picture for your organization. What specific areas of your business
could be improved by the implementation of a faster and more cost efficient training method? Define
who you are targeting with StarCast, what you plan to teach them, and what you hope to achieve with
your improved training method.
Target Audiences
Divide your target audiences into two groups; Internals, such as employees or new-hires, and
Externals, such as customers or dealers. This designation will determine which StarCast Portals you
use to deliver your training. StarCast Portals allow your organization to target each group with
exactly the content that is relevant to them.
Objectives
With your target audiences in mind, think about your training goals. How can your organization and
your target audiences benefit from greater training efficiency?
