Users are uploaded into your StarCast system from a spreadsheet file that allows you to specify up to 23 separate characteristics for each user such as their name, who they work for, which division they work in, and their company affiliation.

Your User Base

Your StarCast users may include employees, customers, eCommerce users, dealers, partners, suppliers, vendors, sales reps or any individual who requires access. For most companies, this information is available from your HR system or sales database.
